Misha Davenport

Ms. Davenport has a 23-year history in the trucking industry. During her tenure, she has established relationships with the top 10 logistics firms and built a customer base of over 20 major companies and government agencies. In addition to this network, she has built a fleet of over 20 trucks and was a broker for over 8 years. Misha also worked in the Warehousing and Supply Chain industry, where she established a relationship with a world freight group, serving 118 countries and covering 400+ air and seaports for import/export.

Denee Busby-Howard

Having been born on Cinco de mayo in 1977, was a sign, this child would be different, this child would strive for greatness and fight for independence. Denee Busby-Howard was the first child of two, born in Berkeley, CA. Denee-Busby Howard, always new that the creative and analytical energy inside her would merge into worlds that may not be typical for most but definitely right for her. Being accepted and attending MIT gave Denee and extreme focus and drive to complete her collegiate studies in engineering. She ultimately graduated from UCLA with a BS in both mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. The world of oil and gas was the first of many hills to conquer, working for Chevron unlocked something in her that would prove to serve as momentum to excel, the desire to accomplish more than expected. From design engineer to project manager and then into the world of selling and leasing oil, which sparked her passion for sales, Denee has never backed down from a challenge. With a thriving logistics an transportation company mainly focused on the oil and gas business Denee continues to reach for the stars. With a large fleet of 2020 Kenworth T-680’s. her and her partner battle the roads paved with “black gold”. A challenge that reminds her everyday that being a successful African American woman in oil and gas is no ease feet. Led by God and fueled by the desire for greatness, Denee strives to make her mark on this world, and hopefully create a path for many women of color to follow.
